REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. How to Request a Return

  • You will receive detailed instructions and the return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@we-are-pulse.com with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
