TERMS OF SERVICE
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://we-are-pulse.com, as well as all purchases made through it, including physical merchandise and digital event tickets offered by Pulse Lab LTD.
By using the website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS, SERVICES & AVAILABILITY
Pulse Lab LTD offers physical merchandise and digital tickets for events.
All products, services, and events are subject to availability. Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, limit, or discontinue any product, service, event, or offering at any time, without prior notice.
While we aim to ensure accurate descriptions, visuals, and information, minor variations or errors may occur and shall not constitute grounds for liability.
3. PRICES & TAXES
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include Maltese VAT unless otherwise stated.
Merchandise shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Event tickets are delivered digitally and are not subject to shipping fees.
Pulse Lab LTD may adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to: payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, ticket misuse, or product unavailability.
5. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (MERCHANDISE)
Merchandise orders are processed within one (1) business day, excluding weekends and Maltese public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. EVENT TICKETS – DIGITAL DELIVERY
Event tickets are delivered electronically via email.
No physical tickets are issued. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS (MERCHANDISE)
Merchandise returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery only if items are defective or not as described.
9. EVENT TICKETS – FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE
All event ticket sales are final.
Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. This includes personal reasons, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
10. EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE
If an event is cancelled by Pulse Lab LTD, ticket holders will be informed of the available options in accordance with Maltese law.
In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date or location unless otherwise stated.
Pulse Lab LTD shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, public health emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Booking, service, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
11. PROGRAMME, LINE-UP & EVENT MODIFICATIONS
Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to modify event details, including performers, timetable, venue layout, audience capacity, or programme content when required by operational, safety, regulatory, or logistical reasons.
Such changes shall not be considered a fundamental alteration of the event and do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
12. TICKET PROTECTION (OPTIONAL SERVICE)
An optional ticket protection service may be purchased during checkout for €1.50 per ticket.
Ticket protection does not make tickets refundable by default. Refunds may only be considered in documented, exceptional cases as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
The ticket protection fee is non-refundable.
13. AGE RESTRICTIONS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with Maltese law, individuals under the age of 17 are not permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
Events involving nightlife or alcohol require attendees to be of legal drinking age. Entry will be refused to underage individuals, and no refunds will be issued.
Valid identification and a valid, unaltered ticket may be required for entry.
14. TICKET USE & RESALE
Tickets are for personal use only. Any resale or transfer of tickets for commercial or profit purposes is strictly prohibited.
If Pulse Lab LTD suspects unauthorised resale, the ticket may be cancelled without refund and entry may be denied.
15. EVENT ENTRY, SECURITY & CONDUCT
Admission is subject to venue rules, safety procedures, and applicable laws.
Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to conduct security checks and to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
Audio or video recording within performance areas is prohibited unless prior written authorisation is granted.
16. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
By attending an event, you acknowledge and accept that you may be photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded for promotional, broadcasting, security, or documentation purposes by Pulse Lab LTD and its authorised partners.
17. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Pulse Lab LTD accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to events.
18. WEATHER CONDITIONS (OUTDOOR EVENTS)
Outdoor events will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by appointed safety personnel.
Where possible, an alternative indoor venue may be arranged. No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather if the event takes place.
19. PRE-ORDERS
For products marked as “Pre-order”, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page.
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
20. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.
21. COOKIES
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for further information.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, visuals, branding, and materials displayed on the website are the exclusive property of Pulse Lab LTD and may not be used without prior written consent.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Lab LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, product purchases, or event attendance.
Pulse Lab LTD shall only be liable where legally required and where damage is a direct and foreseeable consequence of a breach of legal obligations.
24. PROMOTIONAL CODES & OFFERS
Promotional codes are subject to specific conditions, may be withdrawn at any time, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
25. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
