1. Introduction
These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://we-are-pulse.com and all purchases made through it, including merchandise products and event tickets sold by Pulse Lab LTD.
By accessing the website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products, Services & Availability
Pulse Lab LTD offers physical merchandise and digital event tickets.
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product, service, or event at any time without prior notice.
We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and visuals; however, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT applicable in Malta unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs for merchandise are calculated at checkout. Event tickets are delivered digitally and are not subject to shipping fees.
Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely. No cheques or cash payments are accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Merchandise)
- Merchandise orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Maltese public holidays).
- Malta & Gozo: Estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.
- Europe: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
7. Event Tickets – Digital Delivery
- Event tickets are delivered electronically via email.
- No physical tickets are shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
8. Returns & Refunds (Merchandise)
Merchandise returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if defective or not as described.
9. Event Tickets – No Refund Policy
All event tickets are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
This includes personal circumstances, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
10. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation by Pulse Lab LTD, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable options in accordance with legal requirements.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
Pulse Lab LTD shall not be held liable for event cancellation, delay, or modification due to force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Ticket Protection (Optional Service)
An optional ticket protection service may be purchased during checkout for €1.50 per ticket.
Ticket protection does not make tickets refundable by default.
Refunds may be considered only in documented and exceptional situations as defined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
The ticket protection fee is non-refundable.
12. Event Entry & Conduct
Admission to events is subject to compliance with venue rules, safety regulations, and applicable laws.
Pulse Lab LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
Valid identification and ticket verification may be required for entry.
13. Pre-orders
For products marked as “Pre-order”, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.
15. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for details.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, visuals, and branding are the exclusive property of Pulse Lab LTD and may not be used without prior written consent.
17. Limitation of Liability
Pulse Lab LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, products, or attendance at events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Promotional Codes & Offers
Promotional codes are subject to specific conditions and may be modified or cancelled at any time.
Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
