This Shipping Policy applies to physical merchandise orders placed on https://we-are-pulse.com.

Event tickets are delivered digitally and are not subject to shipping or delivery fees.

2. Order Processing (Merchandise)

  • All merchandise orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malta).

3. Event Tickets – Digital Delivery

  • Event tickets are delivered electronically via email.
  • No physical shipping is required for event tickets.
  • Tickets are typically sent immediately after purchase or shortly thereafter.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs (Merchandise)

Local Pickup (Malta)

  • Pick-up location: Tigné, Sliema
  • Cost: Free
  • You will be contacted by email or phone to arrange the pick-up time.

Malta & Gozo

  • Standard Delivery (24–48 hours): €2.90
  • Deliveries are made by MaltaPost or other trusted local couriers.

Europe

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): €9.90
  • Deliveries are handled by international courier services.

5. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship merchandise to Malta, Gozo, and selected European countries.
  • If you are outside these regions and wish to place a merchandise order, please contact us at contact@we-are-pulse.com.

6. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once a merchandise order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Merchandise orders shipped outside Malta may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
