2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Local Pickup (Malta)

  • Pick-up location: Tigné, Sliema
  • Cost: Free
  • You will be contacted by email or phone to arrange the pick-up time.

Malta & Gozo

  • Standard Delivery (24-48 hours): €2.90
  • Deliveries are made by MaltaPost or other trusted local couriers.

Europe

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): €9.90
  • Deliveries are handled by international courier services.

3. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to Malta, Gozo, and European countries.
  • If you are outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@we-are-pulse.com

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside Malta may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
