What is the “Day Entry / Before 6PM” ticket?
A special entry option for those who want to be there from the very beginning.
What happens if I arrive after 6PM?
Entry after 6PM may require an additional fee, subject to availability at the door.
Is this a physical or digital ticket?
Digital ticket only. QR code sent by email after purchase.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been used.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless Ticket Protection was selected at checkout.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code. Come as you are. Respect the space and the people. 💜

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- For Malta and Gozo: 24-48 hours (just give us one day to prep your order).
- For EU: 5-10 days. Trust us, good things take time.

- Malta and Gozo: Free delivery, always.
- International: Fees vary, pop your items in the cart to see what applies.

- Haven’t received it after 72 hours? Drop us a message, and we’ll track it down ASAP.

Yes! We ship worldwide so you can rep Pulse wherever you rave.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
If your order isn’t “in progress,” we can tweak it. Send us a message quickly, and we’ll take care of it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel anytime before it’s in preparation.
If we’ve started packing it, a 40% cancellation fee applies. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to help.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We only accept returns for proven manufacturing defects (limited merch). Our items go through strict quality checks, but if there’s an issue, send us photos with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
