GENESIS Malta Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Pulse.Evnts (Pulse Lab Ltd).

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Open to residents of Europe only.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • The Organizer may request proof of age, residency and identity. Failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification.

3. Prize

  • Two (2) one-way flights to Malta (departure location within Europe; subject to availability and the Organizer’s booking constraints).
  • Two (2) hotel nights at the 5-star InterContinental Malta, in a standard double room.
  • Two (2) VIP tickets for GENESIS on 11 April 2026.

Important: Return flights are not included.

4. Flights

  • Flights cover travel to Malta only. Return flights are not included.
  • Flight booking is managed by the Organizer. The winner must provide the required passenger details within the requested timeframe.
  • Travel dates must align with the event date. Exact flight times and routing depend on availability.
  • Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner, including (but not limited to) return flights, local transfers, travel insurance, visas/entry requirements, luggage upgrades, seat selection, meals, and personal expenses.
  • If flights become unavailable or impractical due to circumstances outside the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to provide a reasonable alternative of equal or similar value.

5. Accommodation

  • Prize includes two (2) nights only, in a standard double room, for two guests.
  • Any extras (additional nights, minibar, room service, damages, deposits, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.

6. How to Enter

  • Follow @pulse.evnts.
  • Tag at least one person in the comments. Each tag = one entry.
  • Optional: Share the giveaway post to your story for one (1) additional entry.

Entries that appear automated, fraudulent or in breach of these terms may be disqualified at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced on 2 March 2026.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

8. General

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary (including in cases of fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control).
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
